Trusting is so hard to do. Sometimes the ones we think we should trust are the ones we absolutely CAN’T!
Yet, we give benefit of the doubt to the others. The “others” are the ones outside of our “circles”. Benefit of the doubt is given until our patience runs thin. Then our patience demises.
Our tolerance for extra things becomes non-existent. We only tolerate the things & people we trust. We only tolerate what we need to & what is good for us.
We have to learn how to trust ourselves more than we do & give ourselves more credit than we do for being fully capable of “sensing” what we need and don’t need.
Everyone is not deserving of our trust. Everyone does not have to know our stories, our desires, our plans in life.
